Passolt, V. Betty 98, of Minneapolis, passed away April 25, 2007. She was active in the Eastern Star and the Southwest High School P.T.A. She loved to play bridge, piano and tennis. Preceded in death by husband, Robert A. Survived by sons, Bob (Nancy), Pete (Bea) and Rich; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; good friends, Marci Adams, Helen Farber and Mary Raabe. Memorial service 11 AM Thursday, May 3 at Cremation Society Edina Chapel, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina 952-924-4100. Visitation ½ hour prior to service. Private interment at Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials preferred.

My heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mother, grandmother, and family friend. I know when my grandmother, Ann Fischer (and fellow Southwest mother),passed away 4-5 years ago, it was a very sad day....but, much like Mrs. Passolt at 98 years old, my grandmother lived to be 92 years old...and for that, we were all very thankful to have her around for so many great family memories over the years.
