Jim was a long time friend. Got to know him when we were on the Barr Democratic Town Committee years ago. He always had great humor.

Dear Jean and Family,
The Perrotti Family would like to extend their utmost sympathy on the passing of Jimmy...a loving husband, dad and a wonderful , kind, caring man whom we respected and loved, especially Irene. She absolutely adored him as you well know! We are very grateful to you Jean, for being able to take Jimmy to Irene's 100th Birthday parade. We were not surprised when Jimmy yelled to Irene " remember..you were the only other woman who saw me naked"..it was their trademark!

Jeannie I am so sorry to read about Jim's death. It seems I've known you forever. I always thought you two were kindred spirits and a true love match. Where did the years go? You are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time.

He in fact introduced me to local Barrington politics and I considered him a mentor in both the practice of law and local politics. He and Jeanie always welcomed Chris and I into their home and I still use the pasta e fagiole recipe he taught me. His sense of humor was legendary, but more important was his example of what a devoted...
