Dear Vincent, Maureen, Dennis and Laurie, Ellen and Richard, Lawrence and Janice, and Brian, and all the kids,

We were so saddened to hear of dear Valerie's passing. Having lived next door to her for 16 years, we will cherish many memories of her delicious humor and sparkling outlook on life. She was always a touch of Long Island to us here in Wellsboro, since we moved here in 1991 from Oceanside.
She lived a long, full life and touched many, many others.
