I MET VAL AT THE PLAINVIEW DINER IN 1988.WE WORKED TOGETHER FOR A SHORT WHILE AND REMAINED CLOSE FRIENDS. SHE WAS SUCH A GIVING, FUN PERSON TO BE AROUND.
