Mrs.Lanier, we were sadden to hear of the death of Val. We met her through our daughter, Rhonda, several years ago when they both lived at Hollypoint in Cheseapeak, VA. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Joseph and Lanier family. God is truly and awesome God and he never makes a mistake. Valerie was so nice and sweet. Her smile would light up a room. She lives in all our hearts and minds and she is at peace now. Earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal. Be blessed and always know God is in control.

Valerie touched so many with her beautiful smile. She always had an encouraging word and was faithful in her christian walk. I always felt the Spirit of God in her presence.
