Valerie "Lynette" POWELL

Dr. Powell was not only my pain doctor for over 22 years, but became my friend. Lynette was an amazing soulful spirit...full of wisdom, kindness and compassion. We had many conversations about her family, the love for her nieces, nephew, and greats were overflowing. We often spoke of cooking...and she loved the holidays she shared with Dianne and Gary...I always made extra apple crisp, strawberry jam, dill pickles and salsa dip for her! She truly loved my apple crisp...made from my backyard...

Dianne and family, I was talking to my Dianne just now and she mentioned about Lynette's passing. She sent me a message in February, but I didn't get it. I know that it is a bit late to send condolences, but... just want you to know that I was shocked and saddened when Dianne mentioned it to me today. She wondered why I hadn't mentioned it to her. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts, my heart and prayers. Love, Helena

Lynette was just an awesome person in spirit and thoughts.Her loss is a very devoted one that hits home hard. I work at the gatehouse as the supervisor for the security team and we all miss her. She was always kind by greeting us whenever she passes by and on holidays she always remembers us even if no one else did. She will be truly miss by me. RIP. I love you always may you be at peace with God.
