Mrs. Davis was a great inspiration to many young people, myself included. She was a gifted in spirit and in her music teaching. She was one of my favorite teachers and the first teacher that taught me how to play the piano. She will be forever missed.

I simply knew this beautiful woman as Mrs. Davis. Not only was she my favorite teacher without question, but I still incorporate her teachings into my everyday life. Her spirit was so luminous then, and now will forever be in our hearts. I thought about her all the time, especially when I had no faith in myself. She never allowed a person to have no faith in themselves, she made sure that we knew how special we were. It was she who was so special.
