Sorry I was not able to attend the service. I was out of town. My thoughts
and prayers are with the family.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I will miss his smile, his sense of humor and his presence. He was a joy to work with and was just the best boss I've had in my life. I had the privilege of being around him 8 hours everyday and his loss will effect me greatly. He was just the best!!!!

I worked with Van the entire time he was at Brandt Engineering and was always cheered by his smile and his ability to make all around him smile - will always remember his ability to eat seemingly all day long and never gain a pound - made me extremely envious, believe me. We will truly miss you, Van but will always cherish the memories of your great personality and beautiful smile.

I will always remember my time spent with brucie, johnny and van at their house in dallas as i grew up...exploring the woods and jumping on uncle bruce's pogo stick...i am truly sorry colleen that van is gone, but he has left a strong memory for you and the children to cherish forever...i send my love and prayers to all the johnson family
