My condolences to the Odom family. I've had the pleasure of knowning and sharing the stage with Van numerous times. He was a great musician and will truly be missed.

David you have my deepest sympathy, I would love to see you , I did have a change to see Davetta And Van as grow-ups. Remember me...Rosemary , Mrs. Gladys daughter on Belmont. I send my love. Cast all your cares on the Lord , because he cares for you.

Was looking through the orbituaries for Davetta and was shocked to see that Vann had also passed away. David my prayers are with you and the Odom family. Stay strong.

My deepest sympathies goes out to the entire Odom family. I can only imagine the family's devastation of losing two love ones in the same week. I had not seen Van in years. He was my classmate at Cohen, a member of the class of 1972. May the family find comfort in the Lord and strength in prayer.

Omg!! I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Van and Davetta. My prayers go out to the Family.
