VanA. Vogel

Van and I went all through school together, starting at Greenwood Elementry. We also went to the same church. Van was a terrific person and very kind. Van always liked music and was so good at it. For Van life was for everyone to enjoy. The world lost one great person. RIP Van.

I will always remember a Sunday afternoon in Greenwood when Van plugged in his guitar and played all afternoon for Jamie Harrison and I. I also have memories of him giving me a ride home in his "bug-juice green" Fiat after an infamous party at Haimbaugh's . He introduced a lot of us to some awesome rock and roll. Sounds like he had a great life as an adult. From one of the old Greenwood gang, Rest in Peace.
