Not sure what to say?

Dick, you were one of the nicest people I ever did meet. You were from a time when folks had values and morals and family was the most important thing, we could have. What a blessing it was to know you. I always had fun setting with you and Vina and just talking. RIP dear friend and I will see you again. Love Marilyn and family

Vance (Dick) and I are 1st cousins and I grew up with him from 1942 until he moved away from Lake View. He often stayed in our home and during this time he was like an older brother. I recall when he would return to SC and the reunions were great. I have not really been a part of his life the last few years, but I will never forget him. My sympathy and love are extended to his immediate family.

Nancy, Thinking of you and praying for you with deepest sympathy.

I knew this fine man when I was growing up. We use to have coffee breaks beside the station. So much fun! My whole family thinks the world of this man and his family. Love, thoughts and prayers go out to his wonderful family to get through this loss.
