Vanessa Valencia

Vanessa Christine Valencia, 21, of Casa Grande died on April 18, 2013, at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10:30. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11. Ms. Valencia was born on Sept. 14, 1991, in Casa Grande. She was an assistant manager at a restaurant and was Catholic. She was a devoted mother who always had a smile and enjoyed get-togethers, music and shopping. Survivors include a son and daughter, Arturo Brito and Alianna Young of Casa Grande; her parents, Jerry G. and Marisela Valencia of Casa Grande; two brothers, Gabriel Fernandez of Phoenix and and Jerry Valencia Jr. of Casa Grande; and three sisters, Brandy Garcia of Phoenix, Pristina Valencia of Casa Grande and Ashlee Dean of Maricopa.
