It was a great honor that I worked with "Dr. D" for a decade. He always shared his homemade rose jelly as well as Mrs Dr D's scrumptious samosas. A brilliant, compassionate man that was ever silently pontificating while sipping his tepid water.

Very sad to know demise of our beloved uncle and aunt Dr Vasudevrao Diwan and Dr Rajni Diwan. Besides our family association, during my visit to Cleveland in 1987, personally I was associated with them for a week which can not forget. Vibrant personality l have ever seen. Prayers for their departed souls from entire Diwan family, India.

While I did not work with Dr. Diwan directly, I remember him well from the Tumor Boards at the Cleveland VA - he was always thoughtful, insightful and very intelligent. I know his patients thought very highly of him and he will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to his family.
