Vaughn was one of those Christians who live out exactly what they believe. We had the pleasure of knowing Vaughn at church and were amazed at his quiet, humble generosity. One example which characterizes Vaughn was his gift of a car to a father on a softball team I coached. The man was going through a rough time. Mr. Burrell was a great man is not sufficient to describe him. I do not think anyone could have embodied the ways of Jesus Christ any better than he did. I will think of him and speak of him often. No man did so much to help all God's children as he did.
