Not sure what to say?

To Carole and boys, I will miss my bro immensely. He was a great friend and has left many wonderful memories. Love to all, judy

I am very sorry about the loss of a good friend. Butch made my travels in the UP alot more fun, especially during the snowstorms. Their cabin was always warm, the coffee was great, and the friendship was a treat never to forget.

We are profoundly saddened by the loss of our dear friend, we are comforted knowing he is now safely home with our Lord.

Dear Friends,
Tim and I are saddened by the loss.
We have such fond memories of Butch! You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Many people will walk in and out of your life. But only true friends will leave footprints in your heart. Butch left his foot prints in my heart many years ago. He kept me on course when the winds where blowing me in many directions. I have cherished his advise and guidance. I will never forget the many times he would say "hang in there Ol'man" I am positive that the winds have blown him and his balloon to the highest point and he is selling pine cones to the angels. Love you with all my...

I didn't know Butch as well as others, but I do remember the fun I shared with him and the Smith Family during many different Hot Air Jubilee Festivals. He was full of life and energy and was very passionate about ballooning. I also enjoyed painting his balloon on projects at the Jackson County Fair and including it in the Balloon Fastival posters that I submitted for three years.
Best wishes to all family and friends. May God bless you all.

To Butch:
We will miss you very much, but we are happy you have finally reached the "highest" point!

To the Family:
We are very sad with your loss but we know he is much happier. As the days go on, your hearts will lighten, but your memories will grow stronger.

Vaughn:
I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I will keep your family in my prayers.
