Not sure what to say?

Val was a very, very nice lady. She helped Ma jacobs (Dittie or also Lillian) as she got older. She went across the yard to help her at least twice a day and so very kind. That really describes Val, very, very kind and caring her whole life.

What a sweet lady!! I'm so sorry to hear about Aunt Val passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and you family, Mark!

I was one of the lucky kids, now four decades ago, who had the fortunate life experience of having "Aunt Val" babysit me for a few hours a day. Aunt Val was such a sweet woman. My condolences to Mark and the family. The world lost a kind soul and is a little dimmer without Val.

May she rest in peace.

As a neighbor for 50 years, I will miss seeing Val and Buzz working in the yard or just relaxing in their side porch. Oak St. will never be the same without them. My sincere condolences to the families.

Thoughts & prayers to family and friends Tom & Brenda Teeple We had many good times bowling .

Our Aunt Val was on in a million. She loved kids and has compassion for all of us. My family lived across the street from Aunt Val & Uncle Buzz. I went shopping with Aunt Val every Saturday by bus downtown Bay City. We would shop for hours and then have hotdogs at Caris’ Red Lion. My mother was best friends with Aunt Val for over 56+ years. Aunt Val will be greatly missed but now she is in heaven with Uncle abuzz.

Hoping comfort can be drawn from knowing that your family are in the thoughts and prayers of many during this difficult time.

Love You Val

Mark I’m so sorry to hear about your mom. She was always so kind and always that warm beautiful smile. Though it’s been years I remember your family well and all the times together we stared.

Thoughts and prayers to your family....
