My sincere condolences to the Norman and Bass families. My memories of Velma stem from my youth, back to the days of the Girl's Club Family Center. She certainly left a footprint on my heart. Her warmth, genuine care and concern and infectious laugh I recall and will hold dear. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
