Becky, So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. We were friends for years, starting when you were a little girl and lived on Silver St. I had lost track of her, I guess when she moved away. Thye residents of Cocheco Park Senior Apts fondly remember Velma Carr. We will miss dearly. She was one of favorite residents when she lived at CP.
