My most vivid memories of "Vels" consist of pots and pans, a sink full of dishes, and plates and plates of scrambled eggs served up with a smile to early morning Winter Carnival revelers. I never saw her without a smile, a kind word or a warm greeting. Condolences, Bob, and rest in peace, Velma.
