Velma E. "Dick" Harmon

I remember Grma Harmon at the cabin always sweeping the porch all the way down to the dock. I used to have to help bring in the slider cushions from the porch at night or when it rained. Playing cards and eating popcorn til the wee hours of the night! Always waking up to a warm fire in the fireplace made by Gpa Harmon and the smell of breakfast cooking. Cane pole fishing w/Gpa Harmon & the fish fry dinners she would cook. M & M's!! Her and Gpa Harmon always had a big bowl of them...

Some of the best summers that I can remember with my children are the ones spent on Loon Lake with Dick and Harold. All the hours that we played cards and swam in the lake. And all the times that Grandma Harmon said don't come in when your wet! What a wonderful time in all of our lives.
