Mrs. Hicks ,was a very nice person, her and Ms. Mills, were the Osborne girl’s teacher’s at Carter G. Woodson, Rest In Peace Ms. Hicks, and to her family we pray for comfort, it is not easy loosing the head of the family but God will get you through.
