Velma McCarty

Velma truly defined the term 'great' aunt to me growing up. She was always so loving and cheerful whenever I was around here. She had a way of putting a smile on your face even if you were feeling down. I absolutely loved getting together and playing the card game Tripoli with her, Dick and my grandmother. Her sense of humor would have me laughing for hours. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time.

Aunt Velma was always one to make you laugh. She was never shy and just said what came to her mind. She was always there for you and I will miss her dearly.

She was member of AmFirst Credit Union. I loved her! I waited on her for years, always smiling, sweet, sweet woman. May God receive her soul and grant her His Eternal Peace. May the Promises of Christ bring comfort to Willard and all family and friends. In Jesus Name, AMEN - Sheila Zito
