Jerry, I am so sorry I wasn't at Velma funeral today. I just got word of Velma passing a few minutes ago. I also had no idea that Hazel had passed in August. I am so sorry for not staying closer in touch. I mover out of the neighborhood and it falls apart! Your in my thoughts and prayers and I'll stop by to see you some time next week.

I just heard, and my deepest sympathy to all her loved ones. Velma or "nana" was my childhood sitter a wonderful woman with so much to give. She taught me dicipline and self worth and that sharing ment caring. And that no matter how awney one was she had love in her heart for them.

Velma you were a very dear friend as well as family. You were always giving & caring for others. Jesus will care for you now.

Kim, So sorry to hear of your loss. We have lost touch over the years but really enjoyed Velma when we were growing up.
