Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Rowe was such an inspiration to me and all my fellow classmates @ NEHI (1984-88) and provided me with the support & opportunities to pursue my musical passions, which I continue to use today and have passed on to/share with my two sons. Thank you Mrs. Rowe for all you meant and did for all of us.

Mrs. Rowe was a warm, kind and loving parent who raised a great family. Thank you beyond words for sharing your love of music, which stays with me to this day. May God bless her loving spirit. I pray for healing and solace for her family.

So very sorry for the family. Thoughts and prayers lifted up.

I had the honor of having Mrs. Rowe as my chorus teacher at Bay Point Jr. High and she absolutely was the reason I believe I continued to go into music as a career. What a positive, wonderful lady she was. I will always remember how she encouraged me no matter what came and I am so thankful for that. God bless her and her family in these difficult days. Thank you.

Beautiful inside and out!

To have experienced this talented, very special Lady was life changing. Her spirit lives in each student ever privileged to have her as your mentor of music. Mrs. Rowe was my teacher @ Baypoint, an outstanding lovely, gracious person that recognized "Goodness" ❣ Blessing to you Rowe family

What a beautiful and full of life woman. I had her as a teacher for choir at NEHI from 1976-1979 and have great memories from her class. Wendy(Bolvin)Cain

So many years ago, I met Velma... while at First Baptist Church,,St. Petersburg,FL... She was so beautiful... I remember her gorgeous eyes... and bubbly personality... But what I remember most was when she and her future husband Jack were courting ... I was just a little younger... and the Intermediate choir watched the unfolding of a love in bloom... Both with such beautiful and talented voices... and a future with such promise....
I can remember the sparkle in Velma's eyes......

I am deeply sorry for the loss of Velma. May God's loving kindness bring peace and comfort during this sad and difficult time. Psalms 29:11
