Rest in Peace, my friend Vendyl. May your Spiritual and Archaeological work be not in vain. The 1992 Excavation will always be remembered.

to vendyl jones a man larger than life itself

Anita,
Our prayers and blessings we bestow on you and the family.

As Mr. Johnson has previously stated, I too was not aware of Mr. Jones feats and accomplishments in archeology, biblical research and judaic studies until I researched him and his work.

I never had the opportunity to converse with him, it would have been an education I would not forget.

I only knew Vendyl for a short time at the Masonic Lodge. I did not know much of his history until I did a Google search. All I can say is WOW! He had an interesting life and was a very interesting man to talk with. I was proud to know him and call him Brother. I will miss him. My prayers are with the Jones Family.
