Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Eavy was also my 2nd grade teacher at Maple School. She was a great teacher, and really related well with all of the kids in my class. She showed a lot of interest in each individual, and had a fun way of teaching us so that we would remember the lessons.

As my bother, Patrick, stated I do remember her taking swift action to those who acted up, and disrupted class. Luckily, I never pushed Mrs. Eavy to the point where she had to discipline me.

Mrs. Eavy was my 2nd grade teacher at Maple School in 1972.
I really enjoyed being in her class and was paired up with 3 girls as advanced readers. I rode my bike to school on nearly any day that the weather would allow. My condolences to my friend Paul Eavy and to the family of Venepha May Eavy. Having lost my father a month ago, I empathize deeply with your recent loss.

Prayers to the Eavy family.. I can't be there in person but I am there spiritually.. Never forgot the great Lady who raised me.. She has the most brightest Golden Angel Wings.... Rest in Heaven Venepha...

We were saddened to hear of Ve's passing - and only a few days before her birthday. We will miss her so very much, and her oh-so funny emails.
She, Wilmer, & Margaret were such good friends, mentors, helpers, and comforters to us. We were blessed to have them in our lives, and God is blessed to have her back with him!
With love & Sympathy

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Ve was a special person. Ben and I were friends of the Eavy family for many years. The children have my love and sympathy. Thelma Mitchell.

Rusty, so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She always requested (almost demanded) a hug and she was best at it!!
