Not sure what to say?

Nanny-although we never met face to face I feel like we had with all the memories Sheldon, Vera and all the Vicknair's had shared. I have no doubts that all the boys would have loved to meet you. We enjoyed sharing pictures of all the boys and speaking with you on the phone. We have all of your handwritten cards you sent saved in our lock box. Love and Prayers to the family. Watch over us. With Love,
Nikki and 'the boys'

Nanny, we all miss you very much; you will always be in our thoughts and prayers as you join Louis and Shellae.

Nanny, I think it goes without saying that this family feels your absence as they exchange stories in celebration of your beautiful life. It's evident that you've touched each and every one of them in a unique way and they carry your legacy with pride. Marrying into this family, I earned the pleasure of spending 2 summers with you. My boys and eldest daughter experienced your love and stories too, and for that I'll be forever grateful. We all carry your memories with us and will embrace...

Nanny,

I love you so much! Such a beautiful soul inside and out. Here's to the strongest person mentally, physically and emotionally I have ever had the pleasure of being on the same planet with. Keep an eye out on us all as we sure will be looking towards you for strength .

Although I never had the blessing of meeting this beautiful lady, I feel like I know her through her granddaughter, Shannon Johnston. The enormous amount of love she passed down, is now living in the lives of her family members, and will forever be passed down.
May God bless each one of you through this time of mourning and give you peace. Prayers from Texas.
Love,
The Osborn's

I am very sorry for the loss of Vera. I can imagine how heartbreaking it is to lose a loved one, but its uplifting to know that God promises us in Isaiah 65:17 a near future in which not only we wont feel this horrid pain in our hearts when we lose a loved one, but we wont even remember how it felt.

Janet and Family,

I am so very sorry for your loss. It has been many years since I was around your sweet Mother but I remember her sweet voice, smile and spirit. I know you all hold these same qualities in yourselves and pray for strength as you go through this difficult time. She lives on in all of you and your families. God Bless you and Keep you in His Loving Care!
Love, Nancy Willis

"Little girls have pretty curls, but I love Oreos." My heart is heavy with sadness because I miss you so much already, but I am comforted knowing you're at peace and out of pain. You are a beautiful example of strength & grace, and I am thankful for the loving influence you have had on me & my daughters. Rest In Peace, my dear Nanny. And don't you worry, I'll take care of my mama.
