Dear Ted and Girls,

I was so sorry to learn of Vera's death. I only found out today (2/1/05) from Edith Betz. We all loved Vera so dearly at Capital Union. We all worked together for so many years that we were all family to one another.
She loved you and the girls so much, she was such a precious lady. Vera was a very special person who always had something good to say to everyone.
I know how much y'all will miss her presence, but I know she is with the Lord. You...

Dearest Kim and family,
You are all in my thoughts at this time and know that Vera is at home with Our Lord. She was a very sweet person. Just know that God loves you and will bring you through this. Phil 4:13 says I can do all things through God who strengthens me. He will guide you though this, lean on Him. Kim you mean a lot to me and will always be part of my family.

To Vera's family. I knew Vera only a short time, but will always remember how brave she was during her illness. Please know my prayers are with you during this sorrowful time. She is with her Maker now and may she rest in peace.

"Miss Vera" was definately an angel walking on earth. She did not let a day go by without asking about my daughter and always left me with a smile. Her love of life and family was always displayed on her beautiful face. She will be missed dearly, but treasured always.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Vera was a compassionate and caring person. She loved people and loved working at OFI. She knew everyone's name, their spouse's name, their children's names and recognized the voices of everyone who called at the office. Even in her worst days, Vera kept on going, kept on living life to the fullest. She loved her children and adored her grandchildren. She has a wonderful legacy in her family. God Bless You and Yours in this...
