Not sure what to say?

To the Family of Vera Riley-Green,

God is faithful...
He promised never to leave or forsake you...
He loves you so very much. Cast your cares upon Him and lean into His love during this time and always. I pray that He will give you comfort and peace. He is the God of all comfort. Let us continue to look to Him.

I remember the visits to Jacksonville when we were young. And when we were adults, Vera came to D.C. and stayed with me for a while. And to hear about Vera's death is so numbing.

JESUS said HE would not leave us comfortless. GOD'S word is truth. Hold on to your faith.

My sympathy goes out to The Green family.
I knew Vera from high school and worked with her at BellSouth. She was dynamic in both arenas...ever smiling and always friendly.
She is one we will all miss.

Dear Leon:
Lou and I send you our heartfelt
sympathy in your loss of dear Vera.

She will be sorely missed...I can
hardly believe that she is gone.
But, Praise the Lord...she is with
Jesus and happier than ever.

O death where is thy sting? O grave where is thy victory? For I am persuaded that NOTHING can separate Vera from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord. My prayers are with you and your family. God WILL take you through this...I know!

To Vera "Riley" Green Family,

I send my deepest sorrow and sadness to you for the lost of Vera. Because I am in New York, I will not be able to be there to comfort you at this time. However, God is with you all and will give you the strength to do the things in your own personal lives that would continue to make Vera proud of us. May God have mercy on us all.

With Love

God may conceal the purpose of His ways, but his ways are not without purpose. Trust His son Jesus for who He is.
We're praying with and for you.

Vera was a very friendly and caring mom and grandmother. Vera was always kind and always had a loving word for people. She always would spread God's love around to everyone she came in contact with. We will truly miss your presence in our church assembly.
