Vera Audrey MITCHELL

Leslie, Jim and Lawrence, my deepest condolences to you and the family. Im sad to hear of Vera's passing. I wish I'd had a tape recorder to tape all the stories she had told me while I was doing her hair mostly in the 90s but some into the 2000 s. She had such a happy philosophy about life and so proud of her family. Always will remember Vera and Mervin close to my heart as we all grew up at Woodroffe. I can see them in the choir still.

Dear Leslie, Jim and Lance, your mom and dad were so special and welcomed us many times to their home. Spending much time doing O'Brien family research with Vera was something I will remember always. She lives on in all the people she enriched and loved.

Leslie,Jim and Lawrence,Betty and I send our sincere condolences on the passing of your Mom, Vera was a wonderful lady and I was planning a visit when I noticed the obituary in the paper. I last visited her a few months ago at the retirement home in Bridlewood. Vera will now join your Dad who was my mentor at Agriculture Canada. Take comfort in the fact that Vera lived a long and happy life. I remember the wonderful family Christmas parties your family held when you lived on Winnington.
Vera was a valued friend when Leslie and my Hilary were preschoolers, I am so happy to have known her.
