Not sure what to say?

Thank you for all your kind words. This will always mean so much. She left us with a lot of wonderful memories and your words remind us of the reaches of her life.

My heart goes out to Clyde and family. We became friends in Washington DC back in the early 70's when Clyde and Chuck where in the service. She was a wonderful lady and Friend and the reason Chuck and I followed our dream am moved to Nome in 2000. Chuck passed away right after Christmas 2012, so I feel the families pain. Will always remember her.

So sorry to hear of Vera's passing. She and my mother would spend hours on the phone, speaking in Eskimo. Speaking to her was Mom's only chance to speak her language. Both are in heaven, probably talking a mile a minute.

We were so lucky to have Vera in our family. We loved spending time with her and she was always so willing to share stories about her beloved Alaska. We will cherish her memory.

Marilyn Ungudruk & I will miss Auntie Vera very much. Love to Clyde, Krissy, Aden & Yukio. Gloria

I'll never forget your puckered blow kisses in which I carry on towards my nieces and nephews. I am glad I got to know you and spent time with you a few years back. Know that I am in heart with you all.

I am very sorry we cannot be at the service. Clyde and Vera were good neighbors to us and we will always be thankful for Vera and her engaging spirit, kindness and dedication. We are glad our 2 daughters have been friends over the many years as they grew up. You are all in our prayers, Karen and George Sonray

Such a kind lady! May you walk with the angels in heaven and rest in paradise!

Our prayers are with you. God is our refuge and strength.
