Not sure what to say?

I wish to convey my deepest sympathy. I was the aquatic arthritis instructor for the class at the West YMCA and the David D. Hunting YMCA of which your mother was a participant. I enjoyed her so much. Even when she wasn't feelin well, she was upbeat. We made a few "casino trips" together and always enjoyed a good laugh. Seeing her and talking to her by phone, even after I quit teaching, was a joy. She will be missed. Bless her.

I am so sorry to hear of Veras passing. She was always a bright and beautiful person who made our salon students and staff laugh. We always looked forward to her weekly visits. Love staff and students at Empire Beauty School

Sending our positive thoughts your way Nina, Bob and Family we know how dear your mom was to all of you!

We love you, Grandma O! We will miss you dearly.

Sending condolences to the family on behalf of my mother, Maxine. My parents & Vera were "Bingo Buddies" from way back. I know they both greatly enjoyed her company. I met her also, & she was a very nice woman.

I have so many memories of Grandma O. They include pirogis, Christmas bingo, face washes, stone kicking, after school snacks, wheel of fortune, Bill Knapps, Vernors, raspberries in her backyard, mcdonalds bingo, War and Kings in the Corner, Holidays, "spank the monkey", among so many more memories. Grandma O is a very special soul, and my life would not be the same without her. I'm so happy she was able to meet my our daughter, Fiona. Fiona called grandma O on her play cell phone a lot :-)...

My sincere sympathy to Nina and Steve. Our Mothers were good friends. She introduced my parents to each other. I knew her. She was a very nice lady and I feel your loss. J

I worked with Vera & we were friend for many years, I will miss her.
