Died Jan. 6, 2008 Vera Olene Putman, 72, of Scottsboro passed away Sunday. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. today from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Wayne Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
