Vera Albrecht Sharp

Irondequoit: Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Roy M. Sharp and her daughter Wendy. Survived by her son, Mark Sharp; daughters, Carol (Robert) Bonnewell and Judith (Dean) Cowen; grandchildren, Terri, Erin, Sarah, Megan, Kate, Emily, David, and Rebecca; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Anthony, Vanessa, and Nicholas; nieces and nephews. Vera was a lifelong member of St. Johns Lutheran Church where she served many capacities. Friends are welcome to call SATURDAY 2-4, 7-9pm at the DREIER-GILTNER FUNERAL HOME INC. 1717 Portland Ave. (corner of Portland and East Ridge Rd.) Vera's Funeral Service will be celebrated SUNDAY 3pm at St. John's Lutheran Church (800 East Ridge Rd.) Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions in her memory may be made to the church.
