Read MoreI´ve known Verlan since I was a kid, his family cabin being next door to ours. Verlan was a great neighbor-always willing to help us out (like checking to make sure turned off the coffee pot) and keeping an eye on our place. Verlan was so friendly and curious and interested in catching up with us and inquiring about out family. We sure will miss him in the north woods.
