Read MoreI first met Verlan in 2002 when we were looking for a good contractor to help build our home. His work product was outstanding and his demeanor was so laid back. Over the years I came to know him as a friend. Verlan was always ready to help out and give me advise.

Rich and I were so sorry to hear about Verlin. We have known him for over 35 years. When he lived on Bellbottom, he would often stop by Matlin Road for a chat with us. We were so grateful to him up here on Garnet Mine Trail when, in 2003, he helped save our house from fire. Please accept our deepest sympathy... we will never forget our friend Verlin
