To the Family of Verlina Hutchins,

I am so sorry to hear the passing of Verlina. I used to work with Verlina at the old Highway Department. Verlina was always a joy to work with, because she always knew how to make even the dullest of work crowds the lively of the talk. I will always remember the joy that Verlina brought to me, while working with her. Her laugh was contagious, equally to her smile and spirit that she brought to work.
