Pastor Miller was such an inspiration and a blessing for me and my family during our time of need. I pray that God holds his family with his loving arms during this sad time.

Sorry for your loss, He is a great man and his greatness lives in all of you.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Pastor Miller meant so much to our family. Whether he was visiting us when we were sick, counseling our children when they were troubled, marrying us when we fell in love, comforting the families at our funerals, he was always there. A very gentle man, who led the flock at Lee Hieghts Communinity Church as if we were family. All of his children were gifted with the same spirit; to make the world a better place. Pastor Vern was the embodiment of the heart of Christianity, Faith, Hope and unconditional LOVE! He was and still remains one of my greatest mentors in life.

Job 19:25
"I know that my Redeemer lives,
and that in the end He will stand on the earth."
Truer words we never spoken ... words, that we believe, by faith ... but now, made tangible to Pastor Vern, Sis Miller and so many more of our love ones. Yes, our hearts ache and we grieve ... but not as those with no hope. Let us focus on the joy that is set before all who have trusted Jesus for the forgiveness of our sins. It will be "A GREAT GETTIN' UP MORNIN', fare thee well ...!!"...

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the Miller family. While there is sadness now, I know that Vern is in heaven with Helen and other saints of God. There is a joy in that, and a joy knowing we will see him again.
