GREENE, Verna Mae, age 74, of King & Queen Court House, departed this life October 16, 2012 at Memorial Regional Hospital, Mechanicsville. She is survived by three daughters, Olivia R. Greene of Richmond, Deborah Waller of King William and Sandra G. Davis of King & Queen Court House; two sons, Perry O. Greene of Williamsburg and Lannie A. Greene Jr. of Newport News; one brother, James A. Pollard; two sisters, Joan Johnson of Maryland and Teresa Perkins of Newtown. Visitation will be private. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, October 21, 2012 at First Mount Olive Baptist Church, Newtown. Rev. Drucilla Tate officiating and Rev. Rawles, eulogist. Interment church cemetery.
