Verna Cardwell Lloyd 1920 ~ 2011 Verna passed away on March 11, 2011, she was 91 years old. Born on January 18, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah of William Henry and Ethel Lillian Cardwell. Married to Clifton Lloyd on February 28, 1940 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.She held many church callings, she loved sewing and was an avid quilter. She made a quilt for the dedication of the Jordan River Temple. Verna is survived by four children, Max (Patty), Sharon (Joe), Ray (Joan) and Jolene (Rudi). 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren. Sisters Ivy, Annie and brother John. Sister in law Lavon. Funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Riverton Ranch Ward 1500 West 13200 South.
