Verne Brown

A true gentleman sadly missed but not forgotten.

I got to know this gentleman through work. I contracted him to come and assess our facility and provide training to my foremen and management staff. Over the course of couple days I was able to become somewhat antiquated with him. Dr. Brown was remarkable, I was truly in awe of him. Recently I had a younger colleague under me who needed some safety training, and I went looking for Dr. Brown, and heard the news. We will miss being with Verne at the Brown family reunions. There was always so much to hear and learn from Verne and we appreciated the all too brief time we had with him. May you all find comfort and peace in the days and weeks ahead. Our love to you all--with hugs and kisses to Kay.

It is with profound sadness that we have received news of Verne Brown's passing here at the University of New Hampshire, his alma mater. Verne visited us often, and we will miss him terribly.
