Bert was a wonderful friend to my father and family. I treasure many great memories of times shared with him in York County during my growing up. He will always be remembered as a generous, and kind friend. What a great time of celebration there must be in heaven as my Dad and Bert reunite in the presence of the Lord! Vernon was a faithful memebr at Petsworth Baptist Church. He made us a cedar chest, which we will always cherish, and he gave us watermelons out of his garden. Pastor Dennis & Dorine
