Pastor Vern was such a kind-hearted man. During our time at Blessed Savior, he was supportive and welcoming, confirming both of our children. We would be at one of our son's track or cross country meets, I would turn and there's Pastor Vern saying he just came to watch Bryan run. He will be missed.
