Ed, your dad visited Beth in the hospital after her stroke 10 years ago. We both felt he was a man that it was privilege to meet and that he was willing to take the time to visit Beth. To Ann, Mark, and Ed. Vernon was one of my dearest friends. It is a shame that we have been apart for the last 31 years, but the love was still there. Vernon loved God and God is rejoicing to have him at home with Him. My love to you all.
