"Mr. Vern" was my uncle, George Brink's roommate at Covenant Home. Mr. Vern was a lovely gentlemen with a beautiful smile and I always enjoyed speaking with him when I visited. My Uncle George really misses his friend. I send my condolences to your family as I know he will be missed by all. I am sorry that I never got to hear him sing but, I am sure that the heavenly choir has added a glorious voice.
