Father Les was such a blessing to Holy Cross in Oklahoma City. His faith and reverence and love of Christ will be treasured and cherished by his flock here. I cannot state the sadness that overwhelms me at this time, nor how heartsick I am for Leslie's family. Leslie and I started out together as young evangelists in 1967, and I've been blessed to have known him for over 43 years. In that time I came to love him as a brother and loved his family as my family.
My heart and prayers go out to them.
