I just found out about Vernon´s passing and wanted to say what a wonderful person who was a devoted family man with a wonderful wife and beautiful children when I spent a lot of time with him back in the 1980´s. I had so much fun getting to know Vernon as a customer and then as a friend as I became closer to his family and his beautiful daughter Sonja. The entire team at Culver's sends our condolences to you and your family. We will miss serving "Mr. Meyer" his sweet potato fries. He always brought smiles to our faces with his jokes and his sincere interest in the team at the restaurant.

Carol and Family. You certainly have our sympathy. We have many fond memories of you and Vern. It was actually 40 years ago this month that I left Central Soya to work at Kitco. Then, a few years ago you hosted me when I came to Alto for a VBS talk. I truly enjoyed that weekend! We would love to come to the visitation but, sadly, we are attending the visitation of a 58 year old lady who died suddenly.
