Not sure what to say?

I have thought of Vern many times since November of 1960. The last time I saw Vern was at my fathers burial in Muskegon. Vern took my fathers death very hard. My dad and Vern were good friends from what I remember. I always wanted to re connect with Vern, to try to learn more about my father. I found this obituary today and was very saddened to learn he passed in 2014. I regret deeply not finding him many years ago. I’m sorry this is 6 years after Vern’s passing.

I remember Vern as likable, friendly with people, and had a positive attitude on life. David Reinfort, former co-worker at Windsor Ind.

Betty,

Please accept my sincerest sympathy at this time. I often enjoyed talking to Vern at Clarke's while waiting for my father (Newt) to finish with work before heading home.

Vern had a great love for his work and his many friends at Clarke.

Blessings to you and your family as you cope with Vern's passing.
