Not sure what to say?

Vern's legacy lives on! While he coached the college World Series champion OU Sooners, Vern gave of his spare time instructing my little league son pitching mechanics. Now my adult son is sharing Vern's techniques with his nephew & my grandson. His methods were & are the best! What a great guy!

I offer my sincere condolences to the Ruhle family. I attended Olivet College in 1972 with Vern. It was a pleasure to know him and follow his career throughout the years. He will be saddly missed by those who played sports and attend school with him at Olivet.

May God Bless,

I was so saddened to hear about Vern's illness and passing. I was a high school friend of Mary's and also attended St. Philips Church throughout my childhood with the entire Ruhle family. I remember how proud Mary was of Vern's great accomplishments, especially when the "Home of Vern Ruhle" banner hung proudly over Main St. My warmest thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Judy,

You & your family are in my thoughts & prayers.

Alice, Ron, and the Ruhle family,
Although, I didn't know Vern that well, I had always kept track of him and his accomplishments with baseball. I was always proud of the fact that he was from Coleman and going on to play professional baseball.
Please accept my deepest sympathy. May your memories give you great comfort. God bless your family.

To Ron and Jimmy Ruhle. Your brother and uncle was one of the most inspirational leaders I've known through athletics. He never had a big head, and achieved heights most of us can only dream about. Please accept my condolances. I hope things are going ok for you in your new location.

I am sending my deepest sympathy to you. I too am a Coleman graduate in 1977. I grew up with the Ruhle family--Mary was a class member of mine since kindergarten. I will never forget attending Vern's first major league pitching event for the Detroit Tigers. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May you feel comfort knowing old friends still care.
Sincerely,
Heather Horden

Ron,
Your in our thoughts and prayers at this time. May God Bless your entire family.

Dear Ruhle Family:
So sorry to hear about your son/husband/father's death. Our family experienced the ravages and heartache of Multiple Myeloma 4 years ago with the death of our husband/father/g'father.
Even tho' we have never met you, we are Alice Ruhle's Aunt Mable (& Uncle Dick) in Midland/Cuyahoga Falls, OH and cousins Bob (& Lois, Jon, Beth) in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Bill (& Kris) in Gladwin MI.
We trust that Ron's death has NOT been an extremely hard lose from this life, but...
