Like to send my respect to the strong family, Especially Vernon Strong ,let the family know he always in my heart and on my mind ! Remember him for his business mind !

I just learned today of Mr Strong's passing. Even though it's been a year ago, I'd like to send my deepest condolences to David, Valerie and your family.
From the first met the family as a child an on into manhood,
Me Strong would always take time to say a friendly word.

Vernon, was truly a good man, we may not have seen eye to eye on everything, however, we always ended agreeing to disagree with no animosity toward one another. Rest in Peace.

He was a pillar of Bakersfield, accomplished and a positive role model for all. He will be missed. Prayers for all.

Rip mr strong my praryers are with the family i remember him wgen i was a kid he was allways nice to everyone and he had. A good heart.

I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle Vernon's passing. My sincere condolences to the family. He accomplished so much for the city of Bakersfield as a councilman and a planning commissioner. I am truly sorry to here about Vernon's passing, I was just thinking about him just the other day, and just finding out this evening he passed. My sincere condolences goes to the family. Vernon was a good person and a strong man, he would still give you the time of day even when you didn't see eye to eye on issues.
